Privacy Policy

Account details: name, email, phone, country and city, and your language and time zone.

Booking details: the doctor, date and time, consultation type, fee, and the visit information you provide (reason for visit, medicines, allergies, ongoing conditions).

Clinical records created on the platform: consultation chat, doctor notes, prescriptions, laboratory orders and released results.

Billing records: amounts, insurance-covered portions, and internal wallet movements. We never store raw card numbers.

Technical records: sign-in events, device and browser information, and error logs used to keep the service secure.

You can always see your own records. A doctor sees only the patients they have a booking with. A laboratory sees only the orders sent to it.

RAJO+ administrators can see account and booking information needed to run the platform, resolve reported problems and verify professionals.

We never sell your information or use medical records for advertising.

Every record is protected by row-level security in our database, so access is decided by the server, not by the app on your device.

Documents such as licences and laboratory result files are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived links to the people entitled to see them.

Clinical records are kept for the period medical record-keeping rules require, even after an account closes. Everything else is deleted or anonymised when your account is removed.

In your account settings you can download a copy of your data, correct your details, choose which emails you receive, and ask us to delete your account.

Deletion has a 30-day grace period, after which personal details are anonymised while clinical records are retained as the law requires.

If a record is under a legal hold — for example an open dispute or investigation — deletion pauses until that ends, and we tell you.

RAJO+ operates across countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, always under the protections described here.
