RAJO+ Clinics is a healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed doctors, clinics and laboratories, and provides the technology for secure online consultations.

RAJO+ is not a healthcare provider. Doctors and laboratories on the platform are independent professionals and businesses responsible for their own clinical decisions, licensing and records.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account, give accurate information, and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Doctors and laboratories must submit valid licence or registration documents. Until RAJO+ verifies them they cannot appear in public listings, be booked or receive laboratory orders.

Consultation fees are set by each doctor and shown before you confirm a booking. Prices are held in US dollars and shown in your local currency for convenience; the US dollar amount is the amount charged.

Laboratory tests are ordered by a doctor. Only the laboratory sets laboratory prices. Where a test needs a quotation, you will be asked to accept the quoted amount before any work begins.

Bills separate the consultation fee, laboratory fees, any insurance-covered portion and the amount you are responsible for.

You may cancel free of charge inside the cancellation window shown on your booking confirmation. Late cancellations and missed appointments may carry a charge as described there.

If a doctor cancels, you are told the reason and offered other open times.

Do not use RAJO+ for emergencies, to obtain controlled medicines improperly, to record a consultation without consent, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt to access records that are not yours.

We may suspend an account that puts patient safety, other users or the platform at risk.

Consultation notes, prescriptions and laboratory results are confidential medical records. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them and what rights you have.

RAJO+ provides the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for clinical advice given by a doctor or for results issued by a laboratory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the platform and you may be asked to accept the new version.
