Telemedicine Consent

You will speak with a licensed doctor by video, audio or chat inside RAJO+. The doctor can assess you, give advice, issue a prescription and order laboratory tests.

A doctor cannot physically examine you online. Some conditions cannot be diagnosed safely this way, and the doctor may ask you to attend in person or refer you elsewhere.

Technical problems can interrupt a consultation. If video fails, the consultation continues by audio or chat, and either side can rejoin the same session.

Online consultation is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency service immediately.

Your consultation is private. Chat, notes, prescriptions and laboratory orders are stored as confidential medical records visible only to you and the doctor you consulted.

RAJO+ does not record video or audio. Neither you nor the doctor may record a consultation without the other's agreement.

The fee is shown before you confirm. Cancellation and missed-appointment rules appear on your booking confirmation.

You can read and download everything created in your consultation from your account at any time.

By accepting, you confirm the information you give is accurate, you understand the limits above, and you consent to being assessed and treated online by the doctor you booked.

You may withdraw consent at any time; that ends future online consultations but does not remove records already created.
